Accredited Hypnotherapy Training - The UK Professional Practitioner Hypnotherapy Course
This is the perfect course to study if you want to go into practice, either full time or part time, as an effective Professional Clinical Hypnotherapist. The accredited hypnotherapy training programme has been designed to give you a thorough and sound knowledge of the application of ethical clinical hypnosis and hypnotherapy, even if you have no previous experience in the field.

The one-year course is of approximately 600 hours duration, including 140 hours of classroom study, and leads to a full Diploma qualification (DHP) with the opportunity to join the following leading Hypnotherapy Organisations:

•The National Council of Psychotherapists
•The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy
On this hypnosis course, you will learn all the skills you need to be able to put people safely and effectively into hypnosis. Moreover, you will receive a good grounding in therapeutic techniques to help people overcome the conditions they present with.

But it’s not just about gaining professional qualifications in hypnosis and hypnotherapy and psychotherapy; our tuition includes business advice from setting up your practice, advertising and marketing, to accounts and finance.

•How to build a successful hypnotherapy practice
•Differences between the stage hypnotist and the hypnotherapist
•How to hypnotise almost anybody - including

•How to get to the ’roots’ of problems

The course includes the entire award winning ’Easy Stop Smoking Programme’. This programme is one of the most effective available and received the 1998 Award for Clinical Excellence from the Hypnotherapy Research Society.

When you pass the Final Examination, you will receive:

In the Classroom
Ten monthly, intensive two-day weekend classes providing a total of 140 hours of tuition, couple with a few more hours per week of home study - a required reading list is provided along with a written course in excess of 140,000 words. There will be a requirement for two assessed essays of 1000 words to be completed, along with monthly assignments of case studies and a half-way interim test during the course period to further assess your progress.

Lifetime Support
The 10 month hypnosis instruction course is comprehensive enough for you to be able to successfully and competently go with your new hypnotherapy career into private practice as soon as you are qualified, safe in the knowledge that you have the lifetime support of the Co -principals and staff of the Royal Berkshire College of Clinical hypnosis. At any time you need professional help or advice, we are here to answer your queries. And that support is completely free (some schools and colleges charge their usual session fee

My training, work experience and any achievement

Kevin Still is a gifted Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and NLP practitioner, with his own successful practice in Reading. His background as a Sales and Marketing Director with first class presentation skills makes him the ideal course presenter at the Royal Berkshire College of Clinical Hypnosis, bringing his own unique blend of knowledge and humour to the classroom. He has a great interest in sport, being a fully qualified trampoline and squash coach and an ex-international sportsman

Kevin was the Director of Ethics for the National Council for Hypnotherapy from 2005-2008, the UK’s largest hypnotherapy body, and a member of the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy.
